Postnama makes and publishes social media content for brands. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your account details: email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
- Brand information you give us: website links, brand guides, notes, photos and videos you upload.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, Telegram or another platform, we store an access token so we can publish for you, plus basic page details such as name, handle and follower count.
- Post performance: views, reach, likes, comments and similar numbers the platforms report, so we can show you results and improve future posts.
- Billing status from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To create, schedule and publish posts for your brand, only on the accounts you connect.
- To show you analytics and send your reports.
- To run and improve Postnama. We do not sell your data and do not use your content to advertise anyone else.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database and login), Hetzner (servers in the EU), Cloudflare (network and media storage), AI model providers such as Anthropic to write content, the social platforms you connect, and our payment provider.
Security
Social access tokens are encrypted and can only be read by our posting server. Your browser never receives them.
Your choices
- Disconnect any social account at any time from your account or from the platform's own settings.
- Ask us to export or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep for billing records.
Facebook and Instagram data deletion
To remove the data we hold from your Facebook or Instagram account, disconnect Postnama in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites, or email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm by email once it is done.
