Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026
By creating a Postnama account you agree to these terms.
The service
Postnama creates social media content for your brand and publishes it to the accounts you connect. In approval mode nothing is published until you approve it. On autopilot, posts publish automatically within the rules in your brand kit.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to manage every account you connect and to use any media you upload.
- You are responsible for content published on your accounts, including content you approve or allow on autopilot. Review your brand kit and rules so they reflect what you want said.
- Follow the rules of each platform you post to. Platforms can limit or suspend accounts, and we cannot control their decisions.
- Regulated brands (finance, health and similar) always use approval mode.
Content ownership
Content made for your brand is yours to use, including after you cancel.
Plans and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance by card through our payment provider.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of posts and reels. Unused allowance does not carry over.
Availability
We work to keep Postnama running and posting on time, but platforms and third party services can fail or change. We are not liable for lost reach, engagement or revenue caused by outages, platform decisions or posts that could not be published.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used for spam, illegal content or abuse of the platforms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email you about important changes.
